Hello, I am Holly, your Operations Manager and Casting Director. Around here, you may also think of me as your fairy godmother.

My responsibility is both creative and exacting. I oversee every performer, every casting decision, and every client experience to ensure that what we deliver is not just beautiful, but truly exceptional. Every character you invite into your home or venue is selected with intention, trained with care, and held to a standard that reflects the level of service

Children are discerning in ways adults often underestimate. They notice tone, presence, and authenticity immediately. They ask questions. They observe everything. Because of this, we do not believe in approximation. We believe in complete embodiment. Voice, movement, manner, and energy must align to create an experience that feels effortless and real.

With more than twenty five years of experience in theater education and performance, I have dedicated my career to developing performers who understand not only how to portray a role, but how to inhabit it fully. Many of my students have gone on to professional stages, and I bring that same level of discipline and expectation into every performer we represent.
