Each booking is supported by a dedicated assistant to ensure a smooth, organized, and high-quality experience from start to finish.

Booking & Event Policies

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all superhero party bookings. Dates are not secured until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due three days prior the event.

For virtual bookings, including personalized videos or live calls, full payment is required at the time of booking.

We proudly travel throughout Connecticut and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply depending on location.

To ensure the best possible experience, we recommend booking additional characters for larger events. Parties with more than 15 children are strongly encouraged to reserve more than one hero to maintain engagement and flow.
